Counsel Creative Expands Design And Client Relations Team

Counsel Creative, a marketing collective based in the Chattanooga area, has expanded its team with the additions of Sebastian Arredondo as designer and Katie Haremski as creative coordinator.

“We’re coming into the new year with a lot of excitement and momentum as we officially welcome two new members to the Counsel Creative family,” said Kenny Morgan, founder and CCO of the agency. “Both Katie and Sebastian exhibit a heart for serving others through their unique gifts and further expand on a team focused around a passion for doing good while cultivating brands and relationships that matter.”

As designer, Mr. Arredondo will support the agency’s creative initiatives by assisting in the production of print and digital assets for the development of overall client objectives.

“I find that my mission is to make the world a more visually aesthetic place,” said Mr. Arredondo. “Designers have a role to make things that are both functional and have good form. It’s important to never lose humanity in design, as we design not for robots, but for humans.”

Mr. Arredondo joins the Counsel Creative team having most recently served as a graphic design intern at Nashville based ST8MNT Brand Agency. He received his bachelor’s of science in graphic design from Southern Adventist University in Dec. 2018.

Ms. Haremski will support project management initiatives by serving as a direct resource for clients, as well as working alongside them and the Counsel Creative team throughout the entirety of the creative process.

A native of Knoxville, Ms. Haremski has a background in marketing, photography and journalism, with past experiences as a marketing intern at DCM Communications, photo intern at Color Test Merch and features editor for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s newspaper, The University Echo.

She joined the Counsel Creative team initially in Aug. 2018 as an intern, prior to receiving her bachelor’s of arts in communications with a minor in sociology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Dec. 2018.

Testimonials

"Counsel Creative is a hidden gem in the creative space."

"My entire NYC team was blown away by the work they were able to generate in a matter of DAYS (which other agencies said would take weeks). Their production was so good, in fact, it opened the doors for us to participate in a series of added-value beta tests with Facebook, which have been invaluable as we grow.”

"Your work will be a lasting tribute to Ruth's life."

"Their work on the The Truth Project website was truly spectacular. Unlike a business site, the level of compassion and emotional engagement to capture and organize the ideas and content took a lot of heart. And you guys delivered. Depicting and articulating a person with words and video as you did with Ruth forced you and your team to dig deep into an emotional well that ordinary websites don’t require. My family is deeply indebted to you and your team."

"I simply can't say enough about our firm's experience with Kenny and Rachel. Aside from their incredible creativity and step-by-step communication throughout the process of building out our website, Kenny and Rachel brought an amazing level of sincerity and professionalism to everything they do. I'm very comfortable in giving them my highest recommendation."
